Snickers was the wonderful companion of Captain, both wondrously intelligent dogs. Snickers suffered from an acute kidney failure and passed away from the ensuing complications that arose during treatment. Both have provided much-needed & appreciated canine companionship through thick and thin during my first few years in the States.
I’m going to miss you guys.

Yeah, it softened the shock a little since Snickers was in the hospital for a few days. We were gradually updated that Snickers wasn’t bouncing back from the sickness so the vet told my uncle to prepare for the worst. While I guess we all weren’t ready to say bye, I don’t think we would have ever been ready.
They were magnificent canine companions.
